Softer than thyme, wild thyme scents the meats and fish agreeably, and raises stuffed or braised vegetables. This spice was recommended by Hildegarde de Bingen to improve the digestive job function (stomach, intestine).
Count a close-cropped coffee spoon (1 G) of Wild thyme by anybody in your preparations, to add at the end of the cooking.
